Minutes Of Meeting 5th September ------------------------------------ 1. ZP CEO has suggested we include all the schools in AWE HD Project and this instruction has been conveyed to DDPI by Ottilie. We can use it in our script while dealing with officials. We will begin with 20 Schools in Hubballi Dharwad. Abhi and Gerard will share the plan of action shortly. 2. Ottilie met DCF who suggested we launch AWE HD with Union Minister Mr. Prahlad Joshi who has instructed DC to propose Green Hubballi Dharwad Plan. He will invite us for the brainstorming session with DC shortly. Another date that he suggested for AWEHD launch is during the Wildlife week celebrations ( October 2nd- 8th). 3. We will have brain storming sessions with the participants ( Concall ). Let us fix 2 days in a week so that they can join according to their convenience. One of the days can be a weekday and the other a Sunday preferably during the noon. Citizens Lead team has to finalize it. 4. Yajana (App Developer) to provide a demo to Vivitt and Vijay at a suitable time. He will provide a demo to all of us next Thursday during our concall. Please do participate in it. 5. Photo upload made easy through one directory of google drive available on citizens lead website. Check and share your feedback on the website. 6. Login to the application is provided to the users on AWEHD website using either citizenslead id or through social media user logins 7. Storm water recharge through trees, difference in temperature and other benefits of plantation can be measured using an app and citizens will be educated to get rewarded and to avail the perks/benefits through tree plantation. 8. Maintainence team has to contact the participants and provide information about our weekly concall. 9. Trees are available for teams at DET and those who're interested can contact Ottilie. 10. Deshpande Foundation has to submit their Citizens Lead Partner Form mentioning details of how they will support the cause. The form is on the website. Vivek sir has mentioned that Abhinandan and Guru have to finalize this after having discussions with Ottilie. 11. Everyone has to check the website and share their comments in the comment section.
