#Suraksha #CSC_Stree_Swabhimaan Inauguration of #Sanitary_Napkin_Manufacturing_Unit ------------------------------------------------------------------ #Menstrual_Hygiene management is of utmost importance for Women's health. It can help her lead a healthy, peaceful and constructive life without being victimised by the lack of facilities, taboos surrounding menstruation and health issues arising due to poor practices. Being a promoter of Women's health and empowerment it was indeed an honour inaugurating the Sanitary Napkin Manufacturing unit at #Hubballi under the CSC Stree Swabhimaan programme. I personally believe this initiative will help in the following ways 1. Provide Employment - Make them financially strong and confident 2. Create awareness to Remove taboos - Empowered with Knowledge 3. Provide Menstrual hygiene training - Enhance Physical health 4. Enhance Mental health through personal and professional transformations 5. Protect Environment - Bio degradable and Eco friendly products will contribute towards a greener, cleaner and healthier society. This 5 pronged approach is highly appreciated and is a great example of how Women our nation's pride and strength can be transformed through this initiative. I congratulate Smt. Chandrika Narayanpur, Shri. Manjunath Sangal, Shri. Prashant. Sangal and Shri. Somashekhar Kamadolli for setting up the unit. This programme will benefit many women especially school going girls for whom there will be free distribution of Sanitary napkins which will lead to reduction in absenteeism and drop out rates. May all of you achieve great success and empower women who will work towards a brighter, healthier and happier tomorrow!
