Minutes: Formation of Hubballi Dharwad COVID-19 Task Force. Date: 20th July 2020 Accomplishments : 1. Presentation on Ward Task Force Google sheet that has ward wise representation/statistics of volunteers based on the tasks assigned, a preliminary call was made and based on the approvals from today, the directions and next steps will be provided to the volunteers. 2. Akshara Academy has agreed to volunteer in this project, the grandmaster has designed 21 therapies for COVID patience plus there will be monitoring of the patient's health progress on a couple of parameters and the health status and progress reports and statistics will be generated for future studies. 3. Presentation on the technology infrastructure systems by i-INVENT Nabros : Front end system: DD CLICS Portal - DHARWAD DISTRICT's CENTER OF LEARNING AND INNOVATION FOR COVID SAFETY SOLUTION. https://iinvent.wpengine.com/ddclics/ Launched to enable our community to be healthiest during this pandemic. Brainstorm/workshops with experts pertaining to health and all discussions designed to influence community members and resonate them for a healthy community. Motivation/Reward mechanism for community and volunteers. Backend system: Project portal to ensure the activities/tasks are aligned to the respective team and ensure deliveries and expectation is managed from a project management standpoint. Ottilie by tomorrow noon to provides the final List of teams of 65 wards across the 5 activities discussed by tomorrow noon so that ID cards, infrastructure like mics, speakers, recipients, and approvals to collect fines and also the list of colleges that needs approvals from the VC's, etc also include the Hubballi list and Doctors/psychologists list.List to include which wards require volunteers 2. The phycologists have requested for the effort estimates to plan out their sessions/resources. 3. The excel sheet will be incorporated into the DD CLICS portal approx 2-3 days required. 4. i-INVENT DD CLICS portals+Project Management Portal is secured in terms of data and accessible by the Dharwad district office. 5. DC Office:

• Include the registration details on DD CLICS. The volunteers who start their activities need to start posting their works with pictures on DD CLICS portal to encourage other community members + cross-training.
• Once the Ward Taskforce list is received from Ottilie based on the 5 focus areas the ID cards, infrastructure like mics, speakers, recipients, and approvals to collect fines will be issues by Wednesday 23rd July 2020.
• The key is to identify comorbidly infected patience as special treatment is required since the death rate is higher.
• Discussions with DIMHANS to set up a facility of 10 helplines where Medical representatives like Doctors, counselors therapists will interact with the individuals and communities needing medical assistance during this pandemic, the objective is to respond stating that they are from Health Department or District administration to avoid panic.
• Alternate terminologies to be finalized for physiatrists, COVID which creates a sense of positiveness to the community seeking assistance individuals and communities needing medical assistance during this pandemic.
• There is a Training Knowledge base for volunteers under the 5 focus areas, once we have the volunteers onboarded from the Ward Taskforce Google sheet/list presented by Ottilie HDMC will reconstitute the training/workshop for them + Training on the i-INVENT DD CLICS portals+Project Management Portal.
• The civil defence team to be included into every task force.
• Plan to allocate doctors/medical representatives,therapists ,counselors virtually(tele support) to Home isolation patiences.
• Involve Ayurvedic and Homeopathic doctors as well.
• AC Zubair incharge of CCC's COVID Care Centers,to be reached if any one has space to offer.
• The key is to focus on the 5 areas i.e

Ward Taskforce. Doctors' Community/Medical assistance. Psychologist/counselors. Civil Police Wardens. Date entry/IT support.

• Registration to be kept open + Feasibility of volunteers to entry and exist from the project.

6. Mr.Suresh will invite and take on the responsibility to get the Business community in these meetings and project/efforts. 7. Weekly Status Meetings to be scheduled Wednesdays from 8:00 pm - 9:00m PM IST - Platform to be used and approved is the i-INVENT Webex Meetings. 8. Colleges like SDM, BVB, IBMR and IIT will provide support for Technological Development, Data Entry and other Initiatives. Letters from the DC should be sent to the Heads of the respective colleges seeking their collaboration in this fight against COVID-19.
