  1. Learn from nature always. By age of 20 to 22 learn, education and become perfect in your skills.. then get married by 25 /max 28 …
  2. Review of past lesson: energy and how it moves
  3. So what makes humans, sun, birds unique and function?
  4. Everything is energy. But, ideas, intelligence and function define how we use, combine and transform energy.
  5. When distracted pay attention to breathing
  6. With paying attention to breahting, the potential energy becomes kinetic and flows into the idea, intellingence and then the function(whatever i am doing)
  7. Formula: any time you feel distracted , bring your attention to breathing. Anytime I feel angry, rather than reacting and saying something, i try to bring my attention to my breath and then i tell what i had to say .. usually nicely :)
  8. I am cleaning dishes. Then i start thinking of a tv show. Then my dishes are not that clean .. what should I do?
  9. I am driving a car. I get a text message. Should I read the text message? No
  10. Then I start thinking who sent it, what is in it.. what should I do? attention to breath
  11. Should I set up “do not disturb” when driving? Yes
  12. What connects energy to what we are doing: brain, nerves, heart , breath, blood, attention
  13. whatever you pay attention to energy goes there
  14. if you are running, pay attention to breath, all the energy will flow to the legs and you will run fastest
  15. If you get distracted bring your attention to breath and you will be on track doing the best
