4. But for the best interaction: we need ATTENTION
5. In a classroom experience attention and interaction get cultivated
6. Discussing personal experiences that taught a lesson in the first 10 to 15 minutes by the teacher is a good start for any session
7. But we all face the challenge of our attention going to different places
8. When attention waivers because of not interesting topics, bring your Attention to your breath and you will see that you will start to see the change
9. 1st step: Attention .. if waivering bring it to breath ..
10. 2nd step: Listening … listen with attention to what is being told or shown
11. 3rd step: Talk: Revert back what you understood from the INTERACTION
