Minutes: Bi-weekly Status Meeting Attendees : Gerard/Mason Date : 19th Nov 2020 Accomplishments: N/A Plan/Next Steps: 1.Mason has a class and will not be able to attend the session,the counter part in Japan Larry informed that the timing did not work,the plan is to schedule a separate meeting with him. 2.Letter campaign how this can be done via the IC,Gerard will bring this up in the meeting with Abhi this coming Wednesday and keep Mr.Mason updated. 3.The school has gone back to the virtual model from the hybrid as the cases have increased. 4.Interns/curators from OG - None as its difficult to get in touch with the students. AOI/Risks : 1.No curators/interns from OG who have started off thus far. 2.No project/ideas shared on the OG page.
