Minutes: Bi-weekly Status Meeting Attendees: Gerard/Mason Date: 14th Jan 2021

Accomplishments :

1. The pen pal details and the letter from Srilanka kids shared with the Japan counter part on Monday per the schedule.

Plan/ Next Steps:

1. Pen pal - waiting for the Japan teacher to respond and get back on the letter from his students.The technology part will come in after this step and slowly move to regions.

2. Initial meeting with the students and going hybrid scheudle 4 days a week and Mr.Mason will talk to the kids to get traction on the innovation program.The plan is to start the relationship a brainstorm and the schedule can be discussed by the next meeting(the panel can be a teacher,parent and student) These sessions will also enable the partents to connect with our program and OG.
