Minutes: Status Meeting Attendees : Gerard/Mr.Mason Date : 11th March,2021 Accomplishments : Pen Pal -  1.The kids from India and Srilanka CLICS have responded to the letters of the kids from Japan. 2.The kids from India CLICS have started on this programme.  Plan/Next Steps :  1.Per Mr.Mason will have his 8th grade history students start on the letter program today, they will start writing new letter, they can use either the schools or their parents email id. 2.OG participation in the i-INVENT program -Per Mr.Mason since the kids are at home its becomes difficult for him to connect with them, but on April 12 half of the class will be coming to school on either days so he will encourage them to engage in the i-INVENT program, would also let us know if we can start with the monthly Brainstorm session with them 3.Pen Pal Meeting with Japan counter part - 12th March at 8pm CST, Harry will provide an update on when would the Japanese students respond back to their pen pal, these kids have graduated. Mason will attend this meeting. 4.The physical letters that Mr.Mason distributes back in December got delayed due to COVID,he would want to get recommendations from Abhi on the plan to proceed. AOI:  No engagements from OG students and community towards the i-INVENT program.
