1. Abhi sir learnt 3 languages in 3 months in 4th/5th std
2. Thanks to teacher SS Kulkarni in Kolhapur who taught Abhi sir how to read and write 3 languages in 3 to 4 months : english, marathi and hindi. plus he taught to put the margin, write key info, formula to solve a problem
3. does listening come first or speaking. listening.
4. does reading come first or writing. reading.
5. to solve a problem we put a margin, write a key info,
6. in a test answer the questions you know first, then look at the questions that you may be puzzled
7. what do we do when we get stuck: our mind starts going in circles, our heart starts feeling fearful and he cant get the anwer or remember the formula
8. so when abhi sir comes to the breath then he notices his mind going in circles .. as soon as he notices , then his mind stops going in circles. then in the breath he notices the heart that is getting all scared.. as soon as he notices, the heart starts to relax and stop feeling fearful
9. then, abhi sir feels relaxed .. and suddenly the answer comes to his mind
10. So we have to plan with time table > prepare > study > go to the test relaxed > look at the test paper and start answering questions that are easy > draw a margin, write key info, formula then answer > then look at the difficult questions >
11. if we get stuck and our mind starts going in circles not remembering or if we our starts feeling fearful, bring attention to breath > in and our , in and out … > pay attention to the breath, and you will notice. ah, my mind is going in circles … and it will relax and stop going in circle..don’t try to stop the mind .. but just notice .. same thing with the heart .. don’t try to stop the fear .. but just notice and fear will go away
12. So being in the breath abhi sir relaxes and his mind stops going in circles and the heart stops being fearful
13. And suddenly the answer comes
