Minutes: Status Meeting Attendees : Gerard/Mr.Mason/Harry Date : 19th March,2021 Accomplishments :

  • None.
Plan/Next Steps :
  • Harry will reach out to Mr. Oguro to see if he was able to get in touch with his students to respond back and with the schools starting in April can he have fresh batch of kids to start off on this program.
  • Mason's has shared the idea of this platform to his co-coworker Miss Loni Sagio who teaches world geography as a part of her project connected to a class in India where the kids send art effects back and forth, also start using this platform for collaboration between the students, will be inviting her to the next meeting.
  • Mr. Mason's student Riley Gallaghar letter is pending approval, Gerard will follow up with the team,Mr.Mason will have more that 3 of his students to start participating.
  • The kids from INDIA CLICS, have started on this program ,will start posting new letters by the coming week , similar with the kids from Srilanka, Maldives CLICS.
