Minutes: Status Meeting Attendees : Gerard/Mr.Mason Date : 25th March,2021 Accomplishments None. Plan/Next Steps : 

• Partner Meeting - today 25th March 10:30 am CST - Mr.Mason has a class and will not be able to attend.
• The letter from Rily Gallaghar, came in but was just a kind of test, Mr. Mason will have his 4 geography students start on the pen pal program.
• Mr.Mason discussed the MASON CLICS pen pal program with his counterpart Miss Loni Sagio and she seems to be very interested,will be inviting her to next weeks meeting with Japan CLIS. The plan that she starts this program as she teaches 7th graders and next year when the kids go to 8th grade he will continue with them.
• The plan is to merge this meeting with Japan CLICS meeting at 6:15 am CST starting next week,Gerard will confirm with Harry and schedule this.
• The OG kids will on their spring Holidays starting next week and will be back April 5th,with the Hybrid model there will be good strength in the class so Mr.Mason will encourage his students to start on the pen pal program and set up a schedule for the monthly Brainstorm session - By next meeting Mr.Mason will provide an update to this.
• Physical letter distribution plan - update from Mr.Mason.

• No engagements from the OG group on the i-INVENT programs.
