Minutes : Status Meeting Attendees : Mr.Mason I Gerard I Harry I  Loni Sagio Date : 1st April 2021 Accomplishments : None. Plan/Next Steps : 1.Mrs.Loni Sagio's has connected to a school in India(Krishna Public School Raipur) where the kids make small project in relation to culture one what was done and exchanged between the kids was a recipe book. 2.Mr.Mason will visit Mrs.Loni Sagio's 7th grade class next week after Easter and present to the kids the idea of the pen pal program through Mason CLICS, so that the kids can use this platform to continue on their cross cultural and geography class projects. Also these kids who are in 7th will go to their 8th grade that Mr. Mason teaches so that he can continue the efforts with them. 3.Harry has informed Mr. Oguro to inform his students to respond to the replies of their letters but has not heard back,he will follow up with him once more and also check with him if the new students who will start in his class in April would participate in the pen pal program.Harry will also reach out to other interested kids that he knows off and guide them to participate in the pen pal program. 4.The plan is to start the monthly brainstorm session from this month with the OG group, one recommendation is to start with simple topics like what we learn in our school where kids from different parts of the glob join and discuss their ideas, culture, learnings etc. 5.The request is to move this meeting to 6:30 am CST every alternate Thursday, we will have this one call where we also discuss OG CLICS. All on the call have agreed this schedule. AOI/Risk : No response from the Mr. Oguro's kids towards the replies to their letters.
