·     One should adopt to change for the progress and growth
·     Change is correlated with the change ex: Cricket when 20-20 match was introduced M S Dhoni adopted this change very well and played well hence he was made captain.
·     Change is inevitable for anything like currency evolution , and others things hence everywhere there has been change
·     Education system has been changed. Digital marketers, nail painters, hair stylist, make up artists, etc these sectors are changing very fast and they don’t need any formal education yet they are successful
·     Sometimes change becomes must for the survival
·     Based on the individual capacity the changing duration changes
·     Earlier we did not had the online classes but due to necessary within short period everyone tried to adjust with the online education
·     Nature of the change also determines the time duration to accept the change
·     Change also brings the opportunities for the growth
·     Situation also decides the duration of change
·     Over a period of time the evolution is taking place in cultural change
·     Adoptability also depends upon the attitude and acceptability of the individual
·     Open mindedness helps the individual to accept the change. Most of the times our fear and resistance to change leads to the De growth
