• Health Camps - Dr.Umesh Hallikeri
• Wellbeing SPYSS - can start yoga sessions for schools and community - Prasana Dixit
• Online awareness consultation -  Doctors are ready - Dr.Umesh H & Dr.Sachin.
• Grants ELF - from 40,000 INR to 50,000 INR - to be updated on the site.
• Today - How can have online / onsite sessions.

• Dr. Tree/Sessions : Recommendation

1. The sessions to be made interesting for the kids through presentation/activities/re-enforcement.
2. The topic has to be in line with awareness of the vaccination + current situation + mental health/physiological, enabling good health.
3. Q& A - Pre + during the session+ post session.
4. Broadcasted Live on Social media channels at the same time on WebEx to reach wider audience and other locations.

• Ottilie will review the site in terms of the updates grants set up.
• DDCLICS (COVID Solution Updates -

The volunteers have started testing, vaccination drive (on hold by DC),awareness camp on reporting violations of COVID Norms. These volunteers were involved from phase #1 and trained and if there are new norms it will be shared with them. Need to recognize a volunteer who was there from day 1 when this project started and has broken records from testing etc, by encouraging the community.       Mr. Vijay :  Accomplishments : 

• Teachers are available to engage classes to enable the kids pass their exams+ attempt.
• Vijay sir from his end can enable complimentary 2 months class for 10 grades to ensure kids pass their exams (onsite/virtual).

Plan/Next Steps : 

• Mr. Vijay will present his plan/program on how the kids can pass their exams and excel from their academic's standpoint.
• June : Assessment of the kids in terms of simple Questions if there are no exams.
• External Class, exams, fees - needs to be approved by the state government - Maj. Hiremath to give more clarity. - Need to plan on how it does not impact anyone, example Students completing the assessment winning the grants.
• Preparing for exams and if the exams don't happen alternate exams, this will enable satisfaction of the kids, our team and the District.
• EDU (Workshops geared for exams I Creative Learning I Assessment (no exam's)
• Projects/actvities from iINVENT where the kids from different age groups can observe, learn and present that can range from daily to a week.
• From an academic standpoint - Vinay sir to draft 3-5 questions per subject from an academic's standpoint for different age groups where the write papers or apply it.

    NABROS INDIA CLICS :  Accomplishments :

• 3 schools Betadhur, Devikoppa, Shirur have registered on DDCLICS EDU.
• Online classes for GHS Betadhur and GHS Shirur for 10th graders will start from 23rd April on the iI platform. GHS Devikoppa will start from the coming Monday 26th April.
• Training for  GHS Betadhur and GHS Shirur completed.
• DDCLICS EDU website has been updated.
• Received the list Public Holiday and Program + Toll free number from DDPI.

Plan/Next Steps : 

• Complete the registration for the 10 schools on DDCLICS EDU.
• Kick starts the Classroom sessions for 10th graders.
• Training for the Classroom sessions.
• Start aligning the curators from the school 1 teacher 2 students.
• DDCLICS EDU Weekly Meeting schedule - Clashes every 45 day with the partner meeting, plan how we can manage this. -Due Wednesday 28th April.
