Minutes : DDCLICS EDU_ Partner Weekly Status Meeting. Attendees : Abhi I Ottilie I Gerard Date : 29th April 2021. Accomplishments :  

• Registrations for 10 schools.
• Training for 5 schools on the iI virtual platform.(29 teachers trained 19 by iI and 10 cross training.)
• Classroom sessions for 10th graders - 3 schools have started,2 more will start from Monday.11 sessions approx. 15 kids per sessions.
• Weekly status report shared with the office of Public Instructions office.
• Health/Dr. Tree - Ability to live stream from WebEx to FB/YouTube. We can accomplish the phone, WebEx and social media channel and be broadcasted on the DDCLICS site.

Plan/Next Steps :  Health :  Dr. Sessions : 

• Topic to start(recommendations) - 

1. Timely interventions & symptoms.(Dr. Sachin / Dr. Sattur been appointed by the Govt. of India panel to discuss the health steps) - community.
2. Managing the chaos - Enabling the patience what they should at home and when they need to come to the hospital.
3. Experience sharing - People who have recovered - next sessions.

• Audience/process

1. For Schools Pediatrician - Need to talk to Maj. if need to include only the 10 schools in our queue or the others as well.
2. 20 min talk and then Q&A. Have the kids ready with questions per school
3. Invite schools and community.
4. Weekly - Preferably Sunday Evening 5 to 6 pm. - Can start from next week.
5. On the webex only members of the project rest join over the phone.

• Library project launch (DFC book, preventive measures)- 6th May.

Workshops : 

1. Exam's preparation - yoga + mindfulness sessions for 15 min Ottilie will talk to Mr. Prasanna- 2nd week of May.
2. Students on WebEx, others on social media link.

Partners/Panel : 

1. Prasanna is available from Health and Education standpoint.

Grants : 

• Design to be restructured in receiving grants outside India with the COVID situation in India and PR focus on handling the emergency at hand and adding on the complimenting factors to 2nd Thursday of May 2021.

1. The choice of project+ Inputting the amount to be fine-tuned.
2. Where to dominate - Have 3 options 1. EDU 2. HEALTH/Wellness of the community 3.Environment
3. Grants amount to be increased from 40,000 INR to 50,000 INR
