Minutes : DDCLICS EDU_ Partner Weekly Status Meeting. Attendees : Abhi I Vijay I Gerard I Ottilie I Shoba I Asif Date : 20th May 2021. Accomplishments: *Classroom sessions: 25 sessions. Till Date:78 sessions. *Doctor session started on May 13th,2021. *Training kick started for next 5 school curators. Plan/Next Steps :

1. The platform for assessment will be ready by next Thursday 27th May.

Academics :

• 7th,8th,9th has been shared and 10th in Kannada will be shared this Saturday.
• 7th, 15 marks 30mins and 8th,9th 10th - 40 min.
• Thursday showcase how this will be conducted.
• Time frame - 15min to get it to the teacher + 30min students answering the questions+30min for collecting the answer it.

Challenges :

• Hard copies are scanned and there is an issue with getting it typed.

iINVENT :

• From 1st to 10th grade
• Online
• The students can respond at their leisure across 1 week, where the kids express in written, verbal, pictorial. This in line with their AIMS and what they have learnt over the last academic year.

IQ+EQ+SQ :

• Right now it would be difficult
• Every month 4 question where the kids respond to it.
• Abhi - Ability to time this, send it, receive it.

How the evaluation will be done / plan : Question goes to the teachers; the teachers send it on the phone and the students after the writing the exams write and send it back on WhatsApp. The master copy will be shared. 3.Asssement -After teacher is connected Redmon check. Our objective : Students answering the questions open. Teachers conducting the evaluation open.

• iINVENT - Covers innovation, creativity, academia and IQ,EQ,SQ.

DDPI : Recommendations

• Conduct the assessment from July 21st.
• Need to provide the teachers and the students a week heads up to prep the assessment.

Health : Ottilie.

• The Doctor sessions is going good. Today's session will continue for the coming week,scheduled 27th May at 7:45pm IST.
• Ottilie has the doctors aligned until next month.
• Wellbeing/yoga :

>30min sessions twice a week. Interactive(more than techniques focus on how it helps 2 asanas at a time 15min each) >Gerard will provide the slots. >Broad cast as we are doing for FB. - For the ones who do not have access to the internet/smart phone join they will dial-in and the videos can be downloaded and shared with them. >Related to the students' lives. >Improve(from a health and academic standpoint) while proposing the DDPI. > Suggestions - 15 min during the classroom sessions. During the Doctor session.

• Influence on technology - if they can be brought the next session.
