Minutes : MASON/JAPAN CLICS Bi-weekly Status Meeting Attendees : Gerard I Mr.Mason I Loni Date : 27th May 2021 Accomplishments :  1.Two student from OG has started on posting a new letter. Plan/Next Steps: 1.Mr. Mason and Loni will have their students writing new letters,but this will be difficult with the year end and just 5 to 6 days left for the vacation. But there are kids who are interested will try to get them involved in the letter program. Loni will talk to the 7th graders who are going go to 8th to participate in the letter program. 2.The kids from Srilanka should be responding to the letter by this week. 3.Brainstorm session that can be set for the OG teachers/students – Mr. Mason next week the schools starts, we need to push the schedule in August with the chaos in the schedule with the kids being in and out of school. 4.Per HarryMr.Oguri’s students’ participation in the letter program will be difficult this year as he is tied up with other engagements. 5.Per Harry;s email - From Mr. Oguro's they are having a hard time getting in touch with the students who have graduated, and it might be difficult to get them to respond. He also has a few more initiatives that his school needs to start this year, and does not know if he will be able to continue with the letter-exchange program. AOI/Risks : 

1. No traction from the OG students on the iINVENT program in term of curators/brainstorm sessions.
2. No traction from Mr. Oguro students on the letter program.

Per Harry - From Mr. Oguro's they are having a hard time getting in touch with the students who have graduated, and it might be difficult to get them to respond. He also has a few more initiatives that his school needs to start this year, and does not know if he will be able to continue with the letter-exchange program.
