Minutes : DDCLICS EDU_ Partner Weekly Status Meeting. Attendees : Abhi I Vijay I Gerard I Ottilie Date : 3rd June 2021. > Accomplishments : 1. EDU : Classroom session - 28 sessions. Till Date 109. Assessment - Portal for assessment demo + demo/sample exam questions shared. Timetable for assessment shared. 2.Health : 1 session. Till date 4 sessions. > Plan/Next Steps : Health :

1. 1.Since we had Allopathy, Ayurveda sessions next week have wellbeing/yoga - Ottilie will invite Ottile.
2. 2.Yoga - The plan is to start with summer camp for a month, which will be 5-6 days a week then we can see the progress and speak to DDPI to include as a part of the school program.
3. 3.Book launch / Environment day plan -
4. Plan is to have it on 10th June at 7:45pm (Doctor session)
5. Ottilie will check the availability of DCF who will be the speaker.
6. Invite to be ready.
7. The competition to be chalked out (currently we have the kids planting a sampling and take a pic and sharing it/video or at least with a plant/tree they have at home)
8. Platform for the e-book + the competition to be ready.

Assessments :

1. Platform demo complete.
2. There will be 10 questions,30 minutes to complete/answer on a sheet and 15 minutes to upload.
3. Training has been scheduled this Saturday 5th June and coming Monday 7th June for the teachers on how to kids will need to take the exams so that they can train their students. + on the evolution. For the students these teachers cross train them.
4. To upload a sheet there is a separate section - The kids will need to upload 1 sheet at a time, option to upload upto 5 sheets has been provided. Per Vijay sir 2 sheets are enough.
5. The students will need to click on the subject and select their standard to see the question. The question paper will be appear only during the exam schedule and will go off once the exam time is complete.
6. The demo question paper that Vijay sir has shared has for each grade has 4 subject questions per grade.
7. The demo question paper will be uploaded on the the sample exam paper after this meeting, so that Gerard can create the How to video.
8. Evaluation - will be a training after the students take up the sample/demo exam - There will be google sheet have the answers and will be shared as link to Vijay sir and the teachers after the exams, the teachers will need to use their email id to login, the answer sheet will be sent to the specific subject teacher. . The HM will share a file of the teachers email id.
9. There is a support option after the where they will submit their answers, if there are any issues the teachers or students and go there and we will receive the queries through whatsapp. June 21st to July 1st will be the evolution period
10. The results will be pubic on the portal, visible to the leadership.
11. On the section where the students will submit their answer sheet the fields class/grade , subject , school name will be a dropdown, the village/city filed will be taken off. Results Dummy section will be added for the demo
12. The AIMS section will be taken off.
13. Grants -

• Certificates for top 3 winners per grade per school.
• Monitory award - Per grade across the district. (approx. 1800 per kid)
• Need to plan how the budget is for the monetary part is meet, Abhi will keep us posted.

14.For 10th Graders - we will get to know by tomorrow if they are going to have the exams or not and if they are not we will have the i-INVENT assessment which is not time bound - Gerard will let Abhi know by tomorrow. 3.Registrations :

• We have got just 1 registration from the last 2 months.
• Need to bring this in the meeting with DDPI next Tuesday.
• Plan is to have 45 registrations by this month and by next quarter 300 schools, then 900 and the 3000 figure.
• Classroom 15 Brainstorm session goal is to start for 300 schools by next quarter.
• The scaling from a system standpoint is there but from a resource standpoint it is a challenge and can be planned only after we have the registrations come in.

4.Stakeholder meeting June 8th - Bring up with DDPI

• Registrations.
• Start of new classroom sessions.
• Assessments.
• Decline in 10th grade classroom attendance.
• Invite Maj.Hiremath for the quarterly meeting set it up July second week so that we can discuss the progress and next quarter plan.

5.CLICS to be set up for the registered schools. 6.Requests/Approvals - Access to the project portal to the DDPI. > Delays/Risks :

1. We have got just 1 registration from the last 2 months.
2. Classroom attendance decline to 40%
