Minutes : DDCLICS EDU_ Partner Weekly Status Meeting. Attendees : Abhi I Ottilie I Gerard I Vijay Date : 17th June 2021 Accomplishments : EDU :

• Classroom sessions : 24 sessions for 10th graders. Till date 178 sessions.
• Assessment/Exam platform deployed. Issues resolved.
• Exam attendance updated on the portal to encourage participation from the school which is tied with rewards - the exam attendance will be updated on the exam link.

Health : Doctor session - 1 session. Till Date 5 sessions. Plan/Next Steps :  EDU :  1.Assessments is the priority. 2.Evaluation process explained as next steps we set up the meeting with DDPI to firm the plan with his approval and after the notice goes out, we scheduled the trainings tentatively 25th and 26th June. 3.Awards plan to be discussed through the next week and present with DDPI sir for approvals. Top 3 schools who have shown good attended during these exams - Ottilie will see if she can get this budget from ELF. 5.For tomorrows exam, Gerard has shared the message on the chat Abhi will review it and by tomorrow IST morning Abhi will share with Gerard on the chats the message, attendance report and other details that needs to go out as an announcement. 6.For the evaluation need to provide time for the teachers till July 2nd week. 7.The goal is to have our quarterly meeting with Maj. Hiremath where we can show him on how we are meeting his 1st priority which is the kids passing the state evaluations - so we show him on how we meet that expectation on how he by one click can see how the students are performing in their academics - Gerard to check if this meeting can be facilitated earlier where we talk about the accomplishments from each area and the next steps. Health :  1.Book launch (DCF) - Gerard will work with Ottilie on the plan. 2.Well being session - As next steps 

• Get the program details from Prasana.
• We plan how best this can be brought to the students, help them in curation - Ottilie will set up a call with Prasana next week to get an understanding from him how the program will be enabled and how it will benefit the children so that we can present it to DDPI/Dist. Admin.
• Get approval from DDPI, official notice and then move forward.       

 3.The Doctor session for next Thursday - Gerard will work with Ottilie.
