Minutes : DDCLICS EDU_ Partner Weekly Status Meeting. Attendees : Abhi I Ottilie I Gerard Date : 1st July 2021 Accomplishments :

1. Classroom sessions: 25 sessions, for 10th graders(Till date#223)
2. Exams for 7th,8th,9th Grade + Evaluation process training for the teachers completed, 2 sessions,52 teachers joined the session.
3. Health session : 7 sessions completed till date.

Plan/Next Steps : 1.EDU: Evaluation process kick start + Firming the awards ceremony plan(covid warriors)sponsorship presentation. 2.Health:Doctor Sessions + Wellbeing/yoga sessions deployment plan+ certificates plan(covid warriors)+ DCF Book launch 3.1st Q meeting plan with the leadership. Accomplishments: Plan/Next Steps: 1.Engagments at partnership level.

• Teacher and students become Partners : Through the PR - (15th Aug event let us plan for both onsite and online and promote the event and grants.),PR efforts, award/recognitions.
• Promoting our partner+ contributors through PR efforts, award/recognitions and what they are doing.

2.Award Ceremony:

• 15th Aug- this will be a part of the 1947 unplugged(need to plan for both onsite/online)
• The cash awards will go from from the sponsor or to the sponsee via cheque if onsite or if online it will posted to them.
• Through DDCLICS grants platform for open kitchen policy.
• Need to also recognize the covid warriors along with the teachers and students.

5.Events: 1.Library Project/Book launch:

• Propose 15th or 22nd July to DCF.
• Competition : In 100 words what they have done to save the planet with a picture. The landing page will be AWEHD portal,will also have the google sheets that will be manually updated with entries.1st prize 500 inr, 2nd prize 200 inr ,3rd prize 200 inr plus the DCF book. The competition ends 11th July as Ottilie will need time to evaluate the top#3 winners.
• The event and competition is open globally.
• Next Steps

>Ottilie will confirm the schedule with DCF. >Abhi will share the poster+ the link for the competition by next Wednesday as the participants will need 1 weeks time to prep. 6.Certificates: >The certificates + letter will be provided after the session, emailed to the panel members with a link/invite to join the next session where they will be felicitated during the last 15min. >The certificate to have the photo of the panel member - this will also become a PR when they share. >Abhi will share by next Wednesday/Thursday the certificates + letter for Umesh Naik spyss and after approval from Ottilie the reaming will follow the same design and shared. This will be shared with Ottilie and Gerard.
