The next meeting is scheduled on Thursday, 29 July,2021 at 9pm IST. • 15 STEAM Sessions+ Invited to 2 internal Brainstorm sessions
• The sessions are interested and showing interest in the STEAM sessions per Alison.

Plan/Next Steps : Evaluation -

• The kids have started the lessons they have learned over the last 1 year per subject in terms of how it was useful, what did they learn from how it can help others.
• Plan is to complete the evaluation by this month end, and then allocate the prizes, scholarships etc. There will be an e-Event where Alison can invite the well-wishers, donors and supporters to this event and have one keynote speaker/ chief guest to give away the certificates.

Evalution process -

• List the lessons they have learned over the last 1 year per subject in terms of how it was useful, what did they learn from how it can help others.
• They will write a short story, poem or art based on the lessons they have learned by consolidating. They can write in Sinhala
• Present in English in 3 minutes.
• At the end of the evaluation -

Alison with have what did they learn from the school, from the session and how it is helping them in simple details will be shared for review. They will present what they have learnt during the event or prior to the event, we will groom them. Will present it to the supporters so that they get to understand what AMITSU have done over the last 1 year although the schools we down so they continue the support. Dates -

• Complete Evalution - June 30th.
• E-event - Tentative date June 15th Logistics can be planned (but there will be performances as well which are pre-recorded, Alison it will be difficult to attend in the evening)

STEAM Sessions -

• Request to have the sessions in English without translation, this enable the children learn English, most of these kids know English
• Tushar to show up online.

Coaching - Plan as next steps how Vijay sir can teach the kids in Srilanka Project -

• Kitchen flood protection/solution (one recommendation French drain)- Accomplishment Date October 30th.

MCLICS : Connect with Sarah and her efforts and project @ https://iinvent.wpengine.com/vaadhoo Accomplishments :

• Mindfulness sessions #1.
• 10 i-INVENT Scholarships provided to Vadhoo CLICS to support Sarah's and the community efforts.

Plan/Next Steps :

• The council presentation that Sarah shared will be fine-tuned and provided by tomorro to Sarah,we can have a follow meeting to discuss the details.
• Plan is to start the 15 min Brainstorm sessions in the schools - Sarah to co-ordinate this effort with the schools.
• Sarah can connect with Ottilie for assistance with environmental, women empowerment related project.

• Ottilie has sponsored the awards for the toppers of the exam this is from our DDCLICS project.
• Organized 5 Health for the DDCLICS project for the schools, studnets and community.
• Conducted/keynote speaker on mindfulness and positive thinking for the Maldives/Vadhoo community.

INDIA CLICS - DDCLICS

• Classroom session - till date 178.
• Health sessions workshops/brainstorm for the schools/community - 5
• Management brainstorm sessions - 2
• The exam sessions - 2 session, yesterday language approx.. 600 and today math approx 500, and 1000 plush came logged in to the portal in the last 2 days and approx. 700plus today. All technical issues resolved, the issues were raised on slowness was the internet issue at the region. The report from yesterday's session has been shared to the Dist.Admin office.
• Ottilie has sponsored the awards for the toppers of the exam.

Plan/Next Steps : 1.Pen Pal -

• Gerard will lead this by connecting the kids in US, India, Maldives and Srilanka October 30th.
• Deliverable - Communication skills, connection between children of different countries and exchange of ideas, this will in written more than oral.

2.Book launch - 1.A forest office in India has launched a book of medicinal value of plants/trees in a regional in India, the book is for free both hard and soft copy.We are planning an online event and all our partners will be invited. 2.The idea to develop the value preposition of trees and plan from a medicinal value and health standpoint with the community and children in Maldives and Srilanka, kids from Srilanka may develop the idea of creating a book from the trees/plan they grow at AMITS and its value preposition this also applies to Maldives. 3.DDCLICS - Plan/Next Steps : EDU : 1.Assessments is the priority and Evaluation process and next steps discussed. 2.Awards plan for students and teachers discussed. 3.Gerard will work to schedule the quarterly meeting with leadership the accomplishments for this quarter + AOI and plan for the coming quarter. Health : 1.Wellbeing sessions - details and next steps discussed, Gerard will work with Ottile on the plan.
