Minutes : DDCLICS EDU_ Partner Weekly Status Meeting.

Accomplishments :
- Classroom sessions: 24 sessions, for 10th graders(Till date#199)
- Exams for 7th,8th,9th Grade : complete, approx. 50% attendance across.
- Evaluation plan approved by DDPI.
Plan/Next Steps:
Evaluations :
1.Training has been scheduled on 26th Saturday,the notice shared from DDPI office does not have the top 3 school winners from the exam attendance standpoint,award ceremony, rank and conference links, and July 7th which is the completetion.
2.The plan is to complete the evluation by July 7th so that we can present with Maj.Hiremath the results to evaluate the benchmarks if they have meet the centers and for them to meet the centers benchmarks we have the systems and process ready and how we can include additional schools and grow mutually. Per Ottilie before we prose the scaling up part, the partner needs to bring what they can bring to the table as programs and the resources they have to meet the program requirements.
3.Process/Steps (Abhi will have a KT session with Gerard today or tomorrow 9:30am IST/11pm CST to go through the process)
Step#1 Standard sheet that outlines the answer of each question paper.
Step#2 Every teacher will be evaluating their subject answer paper of their school, the answer sheet will be shared with them and in one click they will be able to open the answers sheet of their students, they will need to tally each answer sheet manually and put the total/final marks of each student. The teacher will get access to only their school and subject answer sheet and the HM will get access to all the answer sheets.
Step#3 The teacher after evaluating will on the link/portal that is ready as to why these students have been selected as the top 3 with a comment. These comments might be based on the past yearly performance based on which they might recommend.
Health:
1.DCF Book -
- Waiting from DCF to provide his inputs on online website/portal for his book,once DCF get back we plan the next steps for the event.
- DCF has the presentation ready and he will be talking about health and welness, the format will be similar to the Doctor session, per Ottilie he is open on a Thursday at 7:45pm IST for the session.
- Plan is to keep it open internationally, Maldives can join the session and get inputs on how to create and document a book link this one as they also have lot of medicinal valuable plants and IBMR students can get inputs on entrepreneural ideas for sustainable development.
