• Classroom sessions : 25.
• Sample exam.
• Typed/soft copy question paper.
• Official notice from the Dept Hudedmani sir has been shared + reached out.

Health :

• Doctor session 1,till date 5.

  Plan/Next Steps : EDU : Assessment - 1.Sample/Mock attendance.   Total approx 303 of 1446.Which makes 20% aim

2. The report will become a template for evaluation, this will be shared.   3.Question paper -

• The question papers for 8th and 9th grade are for 20 marks but has 11 to 12 questions for 8th and 9th grade but we have mentioned on the website and trainings as 10 questions - Recommendations is to keep it to 10 by having 1 question as optional.- Vijay sir will make the changes by tomorrow and share it.
• Hindi papers at this juncture we will use the handwritten as we are not having any one to type in Hindi.

• Abhi will have the presentation ready based on the ideas discussed by next Tuesday - Gerard can work with DDPI sir and set up a call next Tuesday/Wednesday.

  5.Grants / Rewards - Types of awards -

• Cash grants for top 3 per class, across the District for 7th,8th,9th grade.
• Certificate's for top 3 per class, per school.
• Top student per subject.

6.Poster - as reminders to encourage participation will be shared for this Saturday Morning and one Monday Morning with the cash prize announcements.   7.Meeting tomorrow at 9:30pm IST - to discuss the assessment - Agenda 1. Typed question papers 2. Poster are correctly sent   8.There will be a support/technical person who will assist and be available during the 14-19th June at 6pm IST to respond to any technical issues.   9.Email id's of teachers - we have received only for 2 schools - Gerard will follow up with Hudedmani sir.       Health :

1. The Doctor sessions went well .
2. Good interaction from Teachers and students.
3. Team will discuss and make sure the Grid view is working for side by side view - will try this by next Wednesday.
4. Next week we have sensations through images and asanas - Ottilie will talk to SPYSS.
5. DCF Book Launch -

• The link will be ready and will be shared with Yashpal sir for review - next week we set up a call with Yashpal sir.
• One recommendation for the launch is 21st June world yoga day.
• On one of the Thursday invite DCF and ask him who he wants to invite with him for the book team to speak during the event.
• Ask for bites from his team to promote the book.

Fundraising to support partners. - 1. Intertwine how it helps the partners and the project in terms of meeting the objectives. 2.Raising funds. 3.Logo from Vijar sir of this tutorial.   AOI - 1.Task list from a process improvement stand point to be created.

• Date / schedule firming from the Dist. Admin.
• Official notice from the Dist. Admin to the concern parties before we start on an effort.
• Co-ordination or request from the US team - 3 days heads up with the time change.
• Assessments - range of questions and marks.

2.Process improvement section can be shared in the weekly and monthly reports we share with the Dist.Admin.   Request :

• Access to the project portal for the Dist.Admin.
• Assessments - posters as reminders/encourage participation+ make the question papers to 10 questions.
