Minutes : MASON/JAPAN CLICS Bi-weekly Status Meeting Attendees : Gerard I Mr.Mason Date : 22nd July 2021 Accomplishments :  None. Plan/Next Steps:  1. Mr.Mason to provide the schedules for the monthly Brainstorm session at OG after his meeting with the school leadership.The plan is to start in September 1st week preferably 1st Friday's of the month 11 am or 12pm CST. 2.Letter campaign : Mr.Mason to provide the start date. 3.When the school starts Mr.Mason will be in a position to align curators. 4.Reminder for the partners meeting next Thursday 29th July at 10:30pm CST. Mr.Mason will try to attend this meeting. AOI/Risks:  1.No Traction from OG on the iINVNET Program+no curators aligned. 2.No traction from Japan schools on the letter program.
