Ahmed Nasir Ammadey:
He is a renowned Trainer and Speaker has extensive work experience of 20 years. He carries a wide ranging experience of 11 years, in Hospitality and tourism industry and 9 years in human resource development, as a Corporate Skill Trainer. His sessions are enriched by both theoretical and practical knowledge that participants can use in their day today hassles.
Having shouldered responsibilities from Housekeeping assistant at a resort to business management and human resources, he brings a wealth of corporate experience which reinforces his skills to impact and connect with the audiences. Ammadey, has over 3,000 participants across all levels starting from line staff to Senior Management and over 100 throughout the country
Ammadey holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Birmingham University, UK, following which he went on to pursue his Masters in Business Administration, from the Open University Malaysia.
Ammadey’s deep perspective, simplistic narrations leaves an everlasting impact on the participants as well as the ones who get to know him. He is a Man of Passion and Purpose, is high spirited and has a never ending approach towards Productivity.

She is a Certified Executive, Team and Life Coach, Corporate Trainer and Financial Accountant with over 20 years of work experience. She is working as the Manager Human Resources at Villa College and CEO of Meticulous Consultancy Pvt Ltd.
Shaheena is a grateful mother of 2 boys, Saneem and Shaeem, who believes life is full of abundance. With the challenges life threw at her, she learned to stand back tall and robust. She has developed a seven-step process for transformation and delivers it to the public as "Brokenness to Awesomeness with D.E.W.D.R.O.P."
Shaheena's mission is "to be the catalyst that inspires people to develop the discipline to discover their individual genius and guide them for transformation". She coaches people to empower, create possibilities, solutions, and action steps to transform and win more in life. She advocates for gratitude and a growth mindset.
Sama Ibrahim Didi:
She is a committed and dedicated professional who is highly active in the social services with 15 years of experience educational sector of Maldives.
Currently she is the Manager of Institute for Academic Development, Villa College and Co- Founding President of Enlighten a Mindful Community (EMC)
Her achievements include winning MERIT award for contribution to the society in 50 women career awards organised by Women in Management (WIM) in Maldives 2018 and Asia Inspiration Award for Education in 2018 in the South Asian Youth Summit organised by International Youth Committee (IYC)
She is a hardworking and inspiring rolemodel example for youth and women who wish to be dynamic leaders
and successful individuals contributing to society. She empowers and encourages youth to achieve their dreams and goals to make the world a better place for the youth and women.
