Minutes : MASON/JAPAN CLICS Bi-weekly Status Meeting Attendees : Mr.Mason I Loni I Gerard Date : 2nd September 2021 Accomplishments : 1.Mr.Mason has shared the school schedule. Plan/Next Steps: 1.Monthly Brainstorms Session: Mr.Mason and Loni will together and share the schedule to conduct the monthly Brainstorm sessions by early next week. We will need to have 2 session of 40 min each one for Mr.Mason students and one for Loni's students. The best time that works is between 12:57pm - 1:36pm CST per Mr.Mason. The iINVENT team will need 2 weeks once we have the schedule confirmed to firm the topic and poster/flyer. 2.Curators: Mr.Mason and Loni will share min 2 students curators from their calls by the following week. 3.Pen Pal: Mr.Mason and Loni will address the students so that they can start from next week. 4.We reconvene next Thursday to cath up on the above updates/ progress.
