Minutes : MASON/JAPAN CLICS Bi-weekly Status Meeting Attendees : Mr.Mason I Loni I Gerard Date : 17th September 2021 Accomplishments : 1.Mr.Mason has shared to conduct the Brainstorm session - 2nd Friday's or 3rd Tuesday's of the month at 1pm CST for 45 min. Plan/Next Steps: 1.Monthly Brainstorms Session: Gerard to confirm on the timings provided by Mr.Mason and also send the BS top and curation questions by next Thursday. 2.Curators: Mr.Mason is working on it and will have an update by next meeting. 3.Pen Pal: Mr.Mason will address the student's on the Pen Pal program - The plan is to use the Pen Pal platform in line with the 3 C project. 4.Gerard will talk to the team to have the OG page updated with the 3C project and 15 min STEAM classroom session - once it it updated Gerard will have a session with Mr.Mason and Loni to review/demo the plan.
