Steam: 5th element of space, static charge/electricity

1. Review of what everything is made up of: air water earth sun, atoms, +ve -ve and neutral
2. What fills each atom : space. what separates the charges space.
3. How big will be an island if you take the space out of each atom in that island: as big as a football
4. Why do some surfaces get charged? static electricity?
5. e.g. of static electrcity: when the lighting is in the clouds and it hits the earth eventually
6. so how is electricity formed? think of the solar panel.. sun hits the panel and sets the atoms/electrons into vibration.. these vibrations move in the wire .. the atoms in the wire start vibrating .. then the vibrations move into the bulb and cause the atoms to vibrate there .. emitting light
7. so electritiy is created with vibrations
8. so when surfaces move or force is exerted, there may be a electric charge developed. this is called static electricity. and this built up charge moves to a surface that may come in contact.

Highlights from the brainstorm session on 27th Jan 2021 on the Topic Vision 2021 Dr. Sadananad Havanagi , Mr. Vivek Pawar and IBMR BBA students Rufus, Simran, Anfal , Pruthvi were panelists and audience for the brainstorm session. Curation Questions 1.      How would you execute your plans this year? 2.      What is the numero uno priority you want to suggest that everyone should follow and how can they accomplish it? 3.      How would to deal with success and failures? Following are the discussed points- Following are the discussed points-

• Vision 2020 was a dream of Dr. APJ adhul kalam now its 2021 everyone should work towards to achieve their vissons
• One can follow PP theory that is, avoid problems and increase patience and convert problems into opportunities
• Mr. Vivek Shared a sound and proper system helps the things to happen systematically
• Ms. Rufus shared one should work on overcoming the laziness of life , because life biggest enemy is laziness 
• Ms. Simran expressed that, self discipline is very essential in achieving vision and goals
• Mr. Vivek shared that, taking self care, self content is very essential for self motivation
• Dr. Havanagi quoted Maslow's theory of hierarchy , Self satisfaction also plays vital role in keeping motivation high and creating positive vibes
• Dr. Havanagi and Mr. Vivek pawar both are of the same opinion that, attitude and gratitude is two things change the entire ball game of life
• Try to accept rejection positively and perceive it to improve for the better- Simran
• Ms. Rufus feels that, success is not an end but its journey

Shamal Ali: 1.Start with your kids and family on social and environmental work for clean air wanter earth. 2.Be responsible person and citizen follow the COVID norms by the govt. and protect oneself and the environment against the covid virus. 3.Be patient with the results either success and failures talk about the experience of your results with the family and others so that they learn and you getting recommendations to do better. Shina: 1.One should be self-driven we need to keep moving by not focusing on the results too much but the efforts, did we do our best. 2.One should have a priority to overcome fears as fear is not bigger than our selves and this will help us becomes a better version. 3.Failing is alright we learn a lot from it and its all about trying again. Waaha: 1.To execute your plans self-learn from different sources this will help us to become the best. 2.The priority should be to start with what your confident with and keep giving your best, never give up on dreams, keep learning, and improvements will make you a better person. do what you are very confident it will help you give the best, never giving up on dreams, 3.Success and failures are stepping stones, failures do not define who we are but how we learn from our failures and make them a success defines us. Shaman: 

1. You can execute your plans enjoying what you are doing be patient, take breaks when needed.
2. The priority should be for one is to know and do what is best for you, by making decisions on your know you may go wrong but its ok consider it as a learning.
3. You will enjoy and learn from success or failures if you are doing something that you want to do vs someone telling you what to do.
