Minutes : iINVENT _Partners Meeting Attendees : Abhi I Ottilie I Gerard I Bazil I Alison I Vijay I Sarah Date : 6th May 2021 AMITSU :   Connect with Alison and her efforts and project @ https://iinvent.wpengine.com/amitsu/ Accomplishments : 

1. Nethmi has been selected as a prefect of the school because of her English skills and is asked to apply for as a head girl. Per Alison the STEAM session has enabled her.
2. Alison was able to manage the basis for the kids with the lockdown.
3. A total of 8 computers have been serviced.

Plan/Next Steps:

1. The schools have shut down since last week with the COVID scenario and might be shut until a month or longer, as the kids are getting infected.
2. The STEAM sessions can start 3 days a week from the coming week, some of the kids have their school online classes. A total of 8 computers have been serviced.
3. The exams moved to November and next year - If the evaluations is not happening we can conduct a evaluation for the kids and award them.

Bengeri CLICS : Connect with Bazil sir and his efforts and project @https://iinvent.wpengine.com/bengeri/ Accomplishments :  N/A Plan/Next Steps : 

1. Assessment for students if the exams are not scheduled, to motivate them a certificate and award will be provided. This is what we are framing for the Govt. Schools through the DDCLICS project and can be implement for Bengeri school. The platform is ready, the assessment can be done by the school as well as the i-INVENT panel.Bazil sir will talk to his team and keep Gerard posted.
2. Crowd funding effort starts next week - Considering the situation in India, an iI grant to support the teachers as well - Bazil sir will let Gerard know his views on this.The crowd funding effort starts next week and is restructured Considering the situation in India.
3. Mr.Vijay can support the students with the coaching if required by the school.
4. Request is to release last year session that were conducted for the 10th grade on the Bengeri CLICS.

MCLICS :  Connect with Sarah and her efforts and project @ https://iinvent.wpengine.com/vaadhoo Accomplishments : 

1. Brainstorm pertaining to health : Was great and helpful for the community.
2. Sarah won the Counsil elections

Plan/Next Steps:

1. Shina has a project to enable the skill and interest of art(painting) in the community, there are 42 interested kids: Would need support to carry on this project through the iI grant.
2. We can work together with Ottilie relating to women's empowerment projects that can come under one of the 3 C's.
3. The requirement for speakers/ internet and infrastructure for the STEAM session, will discuss in our weekly meeting next week.

ELF : Connect with Ottilie and her efforts and project @ https://iinvent.wpengine.com/portfolio-items/elf/ Accomplishments : 

1. Ottilie has raised close to 1 lakh funds to meet a major requirement of Sushanti and if there are any genuine such NGO's that need assistance to let Ottilie know. In addition, 2 donars are aligned that are sending 3,000 INR and 5,000 INR each that makes it 8,000 and one has donated state of the art computers and printers close to 50,000 INR.
2. iI Grant : The changes have been made per the feedback provided(technical part).3 C's categories have been added as a choice

Plan/Next

1. Has a doctor and who is available for Tele consultations.
2. Dr. Session we can expand to other countries so that can learn from the recommendations, Abhi will try to get connect doctors from US.
3. Ottilie has a doctor who will talk about the myths and fears for the vaccination for men and women.
4. A platform for NGO's ,Community and Govt. in terms Governance and transparence- So that the 3 can come together in crises/development situations in future. 
5. Ottilie to review the grants set up on ELF that has been updated with the changes made per her feedback and keep us posted.
6. If there are any genuine and old age homes to reach out to Ottilie for support.
7. Dr. Sessions , To be expanded to the district, idea is to accomplish data vs reality through interaction.

• Predefined + Live questions - Platform where we can get the questions, this can be consolidated on a spread sheet and shared with Ottilie and report can be created out of this that can be given for the Dist. Leadership to respond. Idea can he respond by recording a video and share it. This will also help if they cannot attend a live sessions. The platform can be deployed in 2 days
• Session to be conducted on a weekly basis.
• Channel being used on FB + What's been frequently used - Idea multiple platforms but consolidated into one. 
• Per Ottilie there are active FB groups who can invite the audience. Each group have 30-40 k connection where 10 k are very active we can start with 2-3 groups that are very active.
• The Poster to have the groups mentioned.
• To control the attacking questions : 

1. The moderator selects the important questions from the question and they will be on the panel.
2. Only the leader + panel get access to the link to join over webex, others join on social media
3. The video of the leader +panel to be active.

i-INVENT NABROS :  Connect with iINVENT NABROS and their efforts and project @ https://iinvent.wpengine.com/ Accomplishments : 1.DDCLICS EDU Launched (Focus EDU + Health with the current situation) EDU.

• 10 schools have registered+ curators aligned.
• 29 teachers trained, approx. 50% attendance.
• Classroom sessions have started for 5 schools from 10th grade during lock down- till date 33 sessions.

2.NABROS LLP office/operation in Bangalore/INDIA CLICS - Vittal Mallya Road, Level 14 & 15, Concorde Towers, UB City, Bangalore, Karnataka. Plan/Next Steps : 1.DDCLICS EDU Health :

• Dr. Sessions - lead by Ottilie for the schools/community in rural - will be kick started for the schools from next week, Thursday at 7:45 pm IST.
• Assessments for the students who will not be facing the exam - platform is ready, the questions are being worked by Mr.Vijay Kulkarni.
• Our partners are open to join DDCLICS EDU on the panel with their expertise that will support the project.

2. Library project launch. 3.The grant platform design/structure has been restructured for INDIA CLICS with the current COVID situation 4.MASON CLICS - US students will start writing their letter from this week, kids from INDIA CLICS,MCLIS AND SRILANKA CLICS to respond. 1. Classroom sessions have started for 5 schools from 10th grade during lock down- till date 33 sessions, attendance 50%
2. Training : 5 schools,29 teachers trained.- complete
3. Aligned the curators from the 10 schools.

  Plan/Next Steps : 1.Focus : Health - Dr. Sessions (7:45pm IST Thursday's)

• Thursday 7:45pm starts from coming week.
• The Topic related to Health and Wellness.

• Required by Monday - so that schools have 2 days to collect the questions.

• Ottilie will share the Doc name + pic by tomorrow.

• Classroom session : This is ongoing for the 10th graders, request from Kundagol EEO to start the class for 45 schools in her location,team will need to plan this effort.
• Assessments : Received the assessment question from Mr.Vijay for 10th and 9th grade, he will share for the other grades by next week and try to translate them to kannada.

    2.iI Grant : Partner's to apply for grants. Grant platform restructuring of the design in line with the COVID situation.   3.Launch : Virtual plan after the 10th exams - will be discussed over next meeting.   Requested Approvals:

  Delays and Challenges: 1.Class room attendance - GHS Raynal. 2.Firming programs - Date moved to 14th May. 3.Training for the remaining 5 curators moved to May21st.
