Overview - This session focused on the importance for students to have a goal in their life and how the application of the Golden Circle concept/rule will to help them identify their goals and work towards it. It becomes very essential for students in this competitive and complex era to be focused and have clarity in their thoughts towards where they are heading in their life / career, hence it become essential for students to set a goal in their life, because while the students start working on their goals it will enable them bring out their best potentials and enable them to be the best they can be, as goals will provide them with a focused direction , ability to think a head (strategic planning), take responsibility and the results they would get while working on their goals will helps them to be more practical and realistic in their approach to what matters them the most. For the students to identify their goal and the purpose of it, the Golden Circle concept/rule was explained to them during this session. The Golden rule concepts has #3 factors 1.Why - Enables you to explain the purpose of your goal I 2.How - The process/steps that one needs to take to meet their goal. I 3.What - Is the results you get that you defined from the process you set in the (How) while working towards your goal in line with the purpose defined in the (Why) and the corrective actions you need to take if required to meet you goal.
