• Post AIMS on the CLICS- #2 Each.

#4. Evaluation Criteria's -  Interns are requested to keep attending the meetings, workshops, and events, work on projects share AIMS on CLICS, and complete the assignments, project work as requested on time, this will be evaluated for performance and to qualify for the awards. The #3 evaluation criteria retreated as below -

• ATTENDANCE – Meetings I Events I Workshops I Projects.
• PARTICIPATION - Meetings I Events I Workshops I Projects.
• ENGAGEMENT – Attendance per the schedule I Completion of Assignments and Projects I AIMS Submission on a weekly basis.

  #5. Risks/AOI -

1. None of the interns are completing their assignments per the scheduled dates.
2. AIMS submissions from DCPUD and MCLICS last week.
3. Low attendance to the sessions.
