Overview – Abbreviation of SWOT – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. This session on SWOT Analysis will enable our students to develop a strategic mindset and understand their unique Strengths, weaknesses (areas of improvements), opportunities, and threats that will help them achieve a clear picture of where they stand in their pursuits. This methodology will also give them an idea of identifying their goals and help them set realistic goals be it in their academies or for their career. Expanding on the SWOT Analysis – Strengths – Identifying their strengths within oneself, students can leverage them to their advantage in their pursuits. Weakness – Recognizing the weaknesses within them helps them address areas that require improvement. Opportunities – Based on the strengths their identify they can connect to the opportunities that they can grab be it in their academies, career opportunities or starting up their own idea. Threats – Based on their identify weakness within them they will get an picture of the obstacles they would encounter if they don’t work / correct their weakness.
