(Personal skill category). Overview - In today’s 3P’s session the children learned the importance of why should one have a Goal/AIM in life and how the Golden circle will enable the right from understanding the purpose of their Goal to how chalk out the actions to reach their goal and what to need to do to evaluate the results in line with the goal they have set up. It was also discussed how t project management skills can help them successfully implement the golden circle rule. Golden Circle rule – WHY – is the purpose of your goal. How – is the process/actions/task to be done to reach ones goal. What – is the result when we need to define what measures we need to take to meet our goal and what should be the corrective action. Assignments for this week – Students to write in the books the details that they want to talk about before coming to the session or after the session.Each intern/student to present their project updates in line with accomplishment, challenges and any lessons learnt pertaining to the 3 P’s, plus how one or more of the 3P’s skills have helped them.If they do not have a project of their own then they can opt from iINVENT 3 projects (AWE/Plastic/GreenEdu ) by visiting iinventme.org/awedd or what has been specified on your regional/institutional CLICSStudents to share what they are doing for their community from their end from AIMS they have learned from iINVENT.Starting June 1st need to conduct 1 session a week in line with the 3P’s live streamed.
