Project - Teaching elder folks citizens basic education and learning morals from them. 1. Accomplishments - I am working on elder folks teaching project. Till I have done 3 sessions. I taught 10 members on this week. I teaching kannada short words in this week. I gave them some basic strokes and kannada short words for home work. 2. Challenges - I faced 3 challenges in this week. Namely, teaching with them patience, convincing them and some of them members cannot write basic strokes I have the challenges of writing for such people for a long time. 3. Lesson learnt - I learned patience, culture and words of experience to them. 4. The 3 P's skills that helped - I used 3P's skills also in this week. * Time management * Leadership * Communication
