Overview – The 3P’s skill ( Personal,People and Project skills) was introducted to the children and it was explained as to how it will helps in their over all development. “SWOT Analysis”. Overview –Abbreviation of SWOT – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. This session on SWOT Analysis will enable our students to understand their Strengths within them and what opportunities they foresee externally based on their strengths, plus also help them identify their weaknesses and why one should work on them and if they don't what could be the possible threats that would be a obstacle for their holistic growth. Assignment –

• Students to create a SWOT analysis by this Thursday and present in the next session.
• If they do not have a project of their own then they can opt from iINVENT 3 projects (AWE/Plastic/GreenEdu ) by visiting iinventme.org/awedd or what has been specified on your regional/institutional CLICSStudents to share what they are doing for their community from their end from AIMS they have learned from iINVENT.
