Intern Project updates – Kavya – Shared the updates about her project where she teachers the elder people of her village to read and write, she goes 3-4 days a week after school hours and teaches these people at their homes, per session is scheduled for an hours she covered around 8 people last week. This week she thought them on the importance of saving water and simple works to write in Kannda language.She also mention that she won 1st place in quiz competetion conducted on various subjects at her school.Basava -Shared the updates about her project where she teachers the elder people of her village to read and write, she goes 5 days a week after school hours and teaches these people at their homes, per session is scheduled for an hour, she covers around 3 people last week . This week she thought them on the importance of saving water and simple works to write in Kannda language.She also mention that she won 1st place in quiz competetion conducted on various subjects at her school.Akhil – Shared the updates on his project where he is teaching guitar lessons for the children in need, this month he will continue wit the basics where the children are learning / getting familiar most of them can play 2 poems and by next month he will teach advance baiscs.Smita – Shared the updates on her gardening project and how she is taking care of the garden at the school, she has planed few samplings last week. She is also experimenting to use banana peals as manure a lesson she learnt from her grandmother.She also mention that she won 1st place in quiz competetion conducted on various subjects at her school.Soubhagya – Shared about the organic manuer project she is working along with 5 other team members from her school and the process she is creating it, she also spoke about the importance of organic manuer and her vision as she is a farmers daughter she wants to grow healthy food for the people as food is the major requirement for our growth and health.Arathi – Shared the updates on her gardening project and how she is taking care of the garden at the school. #4. Topic discussed to day – To give the best and learn from every result. Overview – This topic was disussed as one of the interns express the fear while she writes her exam. It was mentioned to them that they should take all the opportunities they get and give their 100% and learn from every result be it success or failuers as these results adds to our experience when learn from them.The poem A day in the life of iI by Abhi Dhiyogi that expalins/reflects on this topic was shared with them you may read it by visiting https://iinventme.org/vision-cause-effect/ #5.Plan/Next Steps – How the interns can win the internship awards + qualify + earn additional awards was discussed.For more details please refer – https://iinventme.org/internship.The interns are requested to have additional team members /friends join the internship program so that might as well qualify and win.If the interns have exams need to let the Project Manager know atleast a week advance that they cannot join due to exams so that we are aware while looking at the qulifying criteras for the awards.The interns are requested to update the CLICS with AIMS as well, even if they are partcipating in any competetion / winning any prizes etc. #6.AOI/Risks - Currently none of the inters are meeting all the internship criterias.
