He has taught 15 students last week 3 songs, 5 students are going to play a patriotic song on the guitar on 15th August at their institute. She could not work on the corol saving project as she was busy with her acedemics.Srilanka CLICS – Mihina – Spoke about the waste management project she has started working on.#4. Topic discussed to day – Importance + Thumb rule of creating PPT Overview – In todays session it was discussed with the interns on the importance of PPT’s how to create a simple PPT and the thum rules. Thumb rule of creating PPT – One(1) to two (2) pictures/images max. per slide. Per PPT 3 to 5 slides.Have agenda.Presentation not to exceed more than 20-30min.Use only key points and not detailsed explianation.Mention at the start that Q&A will be taken up at the end so that the audience understand not to interrupt the presentation. #5.Plan/Next Steps – Interns to share their Project updates/AIMS on https://iinventme.org/internship as well going forward.Interns to post their learning and questions if any from today’s and every session on the internship page/site.Interns who were absent for the session can review the minutes and recoring on the internship page/site and post their learning and questions.How the interns can win the internship awards + qualify + earn additional awards was discussed.For more details please refer – https://iinventme.org/internship.If the interns have exams need to let the Project Manager know atleast a week advance that they cannot join due to exams so that we are aware while looking at the qulifying criteras for the awards.Project/AMS Presentation - Every week one intern will be nominated to present their project ideas/AIMS.On Friday 23rd August 9:30am CST/ 8pm IST, Smitha from India CLICS will be presenting her project and other interns will be invited.Smitha to get the ppt ready and email to Gerard by next meeting for review, Gerard will assist as this is the first time she can reach out this Friday/Saturday as well. #6.AOI/Risks – Currently none of the inters are meeting all the internship criterias as none of the interns are conduting session in line with the 3P’s skills.
