The #3 steps to find a solution to a problem are as follows - Root cause analysis - Finding out from where they began and what caused the problem.Work on the solutions - Looking at various options that the problem can be solved, try to seek help from others.Documentation - Document how root cause and fix/solution so that it can be applied when a similar issue may have to arise.
