MCLICS - Aishath - Shared updates on her artwork, plus she is working with her school on creating awareness about bullying/health issues through art. She will update the CLICS with an updated by this week.Laina - She shared the challenges she faced on the home gardening project she is work, she will share the updates this week on the CLICS.#4. 3P’s skill session –Topic: The 3 steps to solve problems. Overview – In today’s session they learned the 3 steps to solve problems/challenges they may face in their life be it in their personal, student, or professional life. The #3 steps to find a solution to a problem are as follows – Root cause analysis – Finding where they began and what caused the problem. Work on the solutions – Look at various options for the problem to be solved, and try to seek help from others. Documentation – Document the root cause and fix/solution so that it can be applied when a similar issue may have to arise. #5.Plan/Next Steps – The interns are requested to update the CLICS with their project updates before the meeting.The criteria to win and qualify for the internship program were discussed. For details please visit https://iinventme.org/internship.This Friday, Sept 20th Arhan from India will be presenting about his project where he trying to rebuild a music theater that was damaged due to fire, it is mandatory for all interns to join, and each intern to come up with at least 1 questionInterns to post their learning and questions if any from today’s and every session on the CLICS.Gerard will inform the interns by tomorrow if we are having the session or not as Arhan is not well.Next week 27th Sept Laina will be presenting her project.For those who could not join this session, you may visit https://iinventme.org/internship and in the AIMS section /on this post list to the recording of the session. Students in India have their exams next week, and may not be able to attend the intern’s meeting, invite will be shared by tomorrow.Students who have exams need not join the internship session during that week, the key and priority is their academics.Next Week students from India have their exams and will not be able to attend. #6.AOI/Risks – Currently, none of the interns are meeting all the internship criteria as none of the interns are conducting sessions in line with the 3P’s skills.
