AIMS Shared – DDCLICS #9 I MCLICS #7 I SLCLICS – #5. #3.Project updates – SCLCS – Nishadi - She is working on the gardening and organic manure project - She shared about the vegetable plantation and also mentioned that radish plants are growing well, she is using homemade manner in her garden. She also shared how she is using homemade/natural pest controllers to protect her plantation from being destroyed by insects.For more details please visit https://iinventme.org/amitsu/#comment-7160 Mihina - is working on gardening - She shared about the vegetables she is growing and is happy with the output. She has created a new bed to grow cabbage. She also mentioned how she overcame the challenge where the plantation was getting destroyed due to direct sun during this summer. For more details https://iinventme.org/amitsu/#comment-7159 MCLICS - Aishath - She shared about the art school lessons that she conducts and also about the beach cleaning project, this week she is working on a drive to spread awareness to keep the beaches free from plastic/trash, this event is scheduled on 28th September.Lana - She shared details about her green education project, she also mentioned to overcome the challenge of protecting her plantation from insects she has created a new cover. #4. 3P's skill session - Topic - 3 Mantras of project management. Overview - In today's session they learned what is project management and how implementing the 3 key aspects of project management that is Time Management, Task Management, and Expectation management will enable them to be good project managers. #5.Plan/Next Steps – The interns are requested to update the CLICS with their project updates before the meeting.The criteria to win and qualify for the internship program were discussed.
