It was also explained to them how this rule would help them in their entire career in accomplishing their goals. Golden Circle Rule – Why – Purpose of the goal and why one believes they can accomplish their goal.How – Process – the steps and tasks one needs to identify and work upon to achieve their goal.What – Evaluating the goal in line with the process and what works and needs to be corrected in line to achieve their goals.Assignment - All students by the next session come and present their goal using the golden circle concept.
