1. Nihara - Gardening project: The tomato seeds that he sowed start to grow well.

#5. Plan/Next Steps –

1. Project AIMS – Interns have to update the details of their projects with details on stats and outcomes along with pictures before the meeting.
2. Interns invite the team they are working with or people they are teaching to the weekly meeting so that they share their updates/learning. This is the evaluation added for this quarter.
3. Next week Tuesday 29th Oct - no session as Gearad will be on leave, interns to continue to update their project AIMs on the CLICS as usual.
4. Interns Project AIMS Brainstorm – Soubhaga will be presenting about her organic manure project on Friday 8th Nov, she will send the ppt for review by coming Monday 28th Oct.
5. From next session - After the intern's presentation, the session will be open for Q&A for 10 minutes so that interns can start cross-pollinating on each other projects.
6. The interns are to post their learning and questions from today’s topic/discussion in the AIMS section. For those who could not join this session, you may visit https://iinventme.org/internship and in the AIMS section /on this post list the recording of the session.
7. Those who have qualified for the annual grant and are in the running for year-end internship awards at individual and institution/team levels shared.
