How to do? Who should do ? O - Organizing - Standardization – Process I Communication channels I Compliance. S - Staffing - Aligning the right person for the right job/task. D - Directing - Making sure the team members are working towards a common project goal. C - Controlling - GAP Analysis. – Between the Goal set and results and taking corrective action to bridge the gaps. #5. Plan/Next Steps – Project AIMS – Interns have to update the details of their projects with details on stats and outcomes along with pictures before the meeting.Interns invite the team they are working with or people they are teaching to the weekly meeting so that they share their updates/learning.This is the evaluation added for this quarter.Interns Project AIMS Brainstorm – Akhil will be presenting about her Literacy project for elders this Friday 22nd Nov.The interns are to post their learning and questions from today’s topic/discussion in the AIMS section.
