Project -- Teaching elders in a literacy program. Accomplishement -- *I check last week home work. *I taught new lesson " waste of best". *we should utilize the waste materials somehow. This was a session about that. * I teach 5 elders in this week. *I give some activities to home work. Challenges --- *I made material's with patients. *Few people did not do the work. * Convenced them. Lesson lernt --- *I lernt patients. *I learned more about this topic. The 3p skills that helped me --- *project skill -- Time manegament, task manegament and expection manegament. *people skill -- communication skill. *Personal skill -- leadership quality and courage.
