1. Mihina – Shared updates on the organic manure project she is working on with her teammates, she taught the other children the process of creating organic manure. For more details visit - https://iinventme.org/amitsu/#comment-7399
2. Nishadi - Shared updates on the gardening project she is working on with her teammates, the twenty-one radish plants they planted are growing well, and they also planted kangkong plants, For more details visit - https://iinventme.org/amitsu/#comment-7401.

#4. 3P's skill session - Topic - Importance of education - Overview – In today’s session, the importance of education was discussed with the children. Education is a power and key to key to success if one possesses it. Through education, one gets the wisdom and knowledge to understand how things work around them, create awareness and one can be independent. To possess the power of education one must account for the following goal to invest at least 16 years into education which is to complete their 10th grade, complete their PUC, and 3-4 years of degree which depends on the course they take up. #5. Plan/Next Steps –

• Nipuni will start engaging in the internship program, she will be teaching maths to the children in need at her place.
• Interns Project AIMS Brainstorm – Nishadhi will be presenting this Friday 20th Dec. The dry run is scheduled on 18th Dec at 8 pm for her.
