SMART stands for - Specific – WHY I HOW I WHAT Measurable – Parameters/timelines. Achievable – Realistic and attainable based on your abilities and resources/time. Relevant – To you personally and academic/professional growth. Time-bound – Break down your goal into smaller tasks. I SLCLICS – #1. #2. 3P's skill session covered today - Skills to practice for effictive and efficient learning.. #3.Plan/Next Steps – 1.Interns to starting updating their AIMS and projects on the AIMS sections of their CLICS. 2.Assignments submissions are mandatory to qualify for grants and awards. 3.Starting June 1st need to conduct 1 session a week in line with the 3P’s live streamed.They need to provide 2-3 alternate schedules to Gerard so that we can plan accordingly for the hybrid session. 4.The scheudle for quarterly / awrads event will be communicated by this weekend. #4. Assignments for this week – Based on the interns performance in the assignments the interns will be evaluated –

• Interns to update the AIMS with the details that they want to talk about before coming to the session or after the session.
• Each intern/student to present their project updates in line with accomplishment, challenges and any lessons learnt pertaining to the 3 P’s, plus how one or more of the 3P’s skills have helped them.
• If they do not have a project of their own then they can opt from iINVENT 3 projects (AWE/Plastic/GreenEdu ) by visiting iinventme.org/awedd or what has been specified on your regional/institutional CLICSStudents to share what they are doing for their community from their end from AIMS they have learned from iINVENT.

Overview – A) Topic : 3P’s Skill – The 3P’s skill was introducted to the children and it was explained as to how it will help in their over all development. B) Topic “SWOT Analysis” – Overview –Abbreviation of SWOT – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Overview – This session was conducted by Dr. Umesh Hallikeri, MBBS MD. Consultant Oncopathologist at The Karnataka Cancer Therapy and Research Institute ,Navanagar, Hubballi and Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Dharwad. During this session Dr. Umesh Hallikeri explained to the children how drugs/tobacoo consumption can harm our physical and mental health, he also shared the harmful ingridients used to make drugs/tobacoo. The doctor also shared that one should not be influded by influencial people promoting drugs/tobacoo and not got enage with people who are consume it. Dr. Umesh Hallikeri told the children in order to stay aways from drugs/tobacoo we need to practise good habits, learn new skills,have a goal to focus in life and more over focus on their studies and career.

Overview – This session on Oral health and hygine was condcued by Dr. Preetha J Shetty, BDS,MDSI Professor, Department of Public Health Dentistry, SDM College of Dental Sciences and Hospital, Sattur, Dharwad. Dr. Preetha J Shetty shared basics and tips of how to take care of our dental health, plus we need to stay away from tobacoo to avoid cancer like diseases.

During this session Dr Deepti Joshi the doctor covered how a child needs to be aware and understand what is a good toch and bad touch, how they needs to prevent themselves from harmful people, she also mention that the chilren should focus on their studies and career which is a top priority.
