The session that held on 30th of September We shared our experiences in last week. Last Monday we learnt about ' how do we maintain a healthy immune system and how to we make relationships'. How do we maintain a healthy immune system? Our immune system helps to fight with germs. And also it helps to resist diseases. So we should maintain it healthy. For that we should have a good rest and sleep. And also we shold get fresh vegetables and fruits. How to we make relationships? Relationship is a people skill. We should be honest to make a relationship. There are three matters to follow to make relatioship. They are,

  • We should be honest and open
  • We should tell others what we do , what we feel and what we say in honestly
  • We should share our ideas with others
The secret of the maintaining good relatinships is doing good things, saying and thinking good things .
