Last Monday we learnt about the time difference in each country and about the direction of Earth’s rotation. Abhi sir celebrated christmas in three countries.they are India, Jermany and USA. Sir ask different questions and we answered them.Below are that questions and answers.

1.How one person celebrates Christmas in 3 countries?

• First he celebrated christmas in India from 12pm to 2am.Next he celebrated christmas in Jermany from 8am to 12noon.Last he celebrated christmas in USA from 2pm to 12pm.He celebrated Christmas in all these countries in one day.

2.How does the time change for each country?

• Ayodya said that because the difference of the time zones .

3. What time is it when sir leave Colombo in Sri Lanka at 7 am Sri Lanka time and go to Chicago?

• The time is Monday at 7pm

4.. What time is it in Chicago when India & Sri Lanka at 2 am ?

• At 2pm

5.What the the time and day in Chicago when the Sri Lanka on 25 of December 2024 at 2am?

• On 24 of december 2024 at 2pm

6.How many hours has it changed?

• Twelve hours

7.What is the reason for that?

• Chicago is far away than Sri Lanka.So the sun rises first in Sri Lanka.

8.What the time and day in Japan when Chicago on Monday at 7.30am?

• Japan is 4 hours higer than us .So Japan is on Monday at 11pm

9.Will the sun rise first in Sri Lanka, Japan or Chicago?

10.In which direction does the earth rotate?

• In West direction

Chicago is 12 hours lower than Sri Lanka and Sri lanka is 12 hours higher than Chicago.So time is different in each country because of time zones.
