#2.Project AIMS Shared on CLICS – # 5. #3.Project Updates – INDIA CLICS –

• Kavya - Shared an update on her literacy project for elderly citizens, last week she taught 4 elders about air pollution - for more details visit https://iinventme.org/ddclics/#comment-7466
• Soubhagaya - Shared updates on the organic manure project she is working on along with 5 team members. They generated 2kg of manure and 1 kg of manure for 70 rupees from that they brought 50 rupees of hen dung.

Maldives CLICS -

• Aishath - Shared updates on her coral saving and plantation, she conducted a session about corals and their importance, and she designed a frame to plant corals. The request is to update her CLICS with the project she is working on along with pics.

4. 3P skill session – Topic: Overcoming stage fear – Overview –During the session, the points that one needs to practice to overcome stage fear are as follows –

1. Understanding what is causing the fear and working towards overcoming it.
2. Self-confidence – Give your 100% / best in learning and practicing.
3. Live at the moment – Avoid assumptions.
4. Don’t worry about the result but learn from every result.
5. Pray.

• The dry run session is scheduled for tomorrow 22nd Jan Wednesday 8 pm IST/SL time / 7:30 pm Maldives time I The main event is scheduled for 23rd Jan Thursday 8 pm IST/SL time / 7:30 pm Maldives time. The invite has been shared
• The interns who have qualified this quarter will be announced.
• The interns who will be performing are - Smitha, Mihin, and Aishath, they need to prepare themselves and announce the meaning of the song before starting to sing.

Interns invite the team they are working with or people they are teaching to the weekly meeting so that they share their updates/learning. This is the evaluation added for this quarter 5. Projects -

• Thushara - Will start the week teaching children at AMITSU English and Technology.
• Nipuni - Will start the week teaching children at AMITSU English and Math.

6. Interns have to update the details of their projects AIMS with details on stats and outcomes along with pictures before the meeting, plus include the plan for the coming week. 7.
