Overview - In today's session the 3 important skills that one needs to develop to be learn and grow are as follows -
- Listen and observe with concentration.
- Take down notes.
- Practise.

4. Interns to invite the team they are working with or people they are teaching to the weekly meeting so that they share their updates/learning. This is the evaluation added for this quarter.
5. For team projects if the lead count does not work on the project they need to have collect the updates from their team members update the status on the AIMS section of their CLICS.

- Interns are not posting their learning after the session from the topics discussed in line with the 3P’s skill program.
